Overall Strategy
The overall strategy of the agency is to treat each fan as an individual. We do not apply a blanket approach such as "GFE for everyone" or "be nice to all fans". While these strategies may apply to even the majority of fans subscribed to your page, they certainly will not apply to absolutely everyone. Therefore we make a distinction between why a fan has subscribed and also their needs regarding their emotional and sexual needs. This allows us to tailor strategies to maximize revenue from everyone rather than applying the same strategy to every single person and hoping it is successful.

Sales Strategy
All chatters are fully trained in how to sell using the straight line method. While the sales industry as a whole does not have complete synergy with Onlyfans, there are many similarities and overlapping skills. This differentiates us from other agencies within the industry who simply know how to be "nice" to fans, which obviously has some level of value in terms of building relationships, but this is pretty much human nature and can be done by the majority of people. Elite sales skills on the other hand are not really a naturally occurring skill and need to be taught. Approximately 1% of chatters who are trained are deemed skilled enough to work with us, with the other 99% not meeting requirements and not being hired. We will not employ chatters who are unable to sell.
